Dan is a native of Sullivan, Indiana having obtained his diploma from Sullivan High School in 1976.

Dan started his own business in 1980 in Sullivan,Indiana and has done contracting both residential and commercial in several surrounding counties and states even as far as Texas and Louisanna doing relief work after hurricane Katrina.

Dan's professional knowledge of the building trade has been gathered through quality experience such as B.U.C.A. Building School, Thoro System Products, and most extensively in Builders "A" School (Navel Construction School) United States Navy.

Dan is very active in many civic and local organizations. Most impressively he has held offices in all of them.
